You are a multiplicity of Self; a person with values, mindfulness, and wisdom. The art of self-mastery and living in wholeness is in identifying your inner force and in your capacity of managing these surface emotions.

You are the audience, the actor, the characters, as well as the entire stage.

If it’s not a “Fuck YES” it’s a “NO”.

It no longer becomes about the narrative, but rather becomes about the art. You are living art.

Breathe through the expansion. The sensations of deep release and the stretching of your seams. Know that it’s okay to change. To soften and bend. Because that is the nature of flow. Change is inevitable. So let go.

I trust that I am guided and my actions are not only mine but are a co-creation of a force beyond anything my human mind can plan out as targets and goals. I am not my body, I am not even my mind. So there is no dichotomy between spirit and vessel. The vessel is the instrument that is sculpted as her waters pass through me.

Once I let it all dissolve into this swirling energy that not only surrounds me but is, me— the boundless container of consciousness, I became that infinite expansive space of all things itself. I was home.

When you find yourself lost in the storm of mind, your breath is what moves you through the passage of time. Anchor in the here and now. Let go and let it flow.

Test the legitimacy of your boundaries. Put your hand through the brick wall. Find out it’s made of fabric. A hologram made of light and smoke.

Their union created a great explosion, sending out a cosmic sound that reverberated to the edges of existence - Spiralling galaxies, rippling out illusions of time and space. Just like that, they were everywhere and nowhere all at once.

Remember: there is NO exact formula. There are so many variables that you couldn’t even possibly fathom. So let yourself be surprised. Let go of the layers of story that you hide your soul behind. Let’s fucking go.

If you’re reading this right now, it’s likely that you have enough. You have the basic needs for survival like food, shelter, and water. However, we’re not meant to merely survive.

It refers to the actual path and the people on your path. It’s everything that you are connected to, as well as the path that leads to where you are in the here and now.

Allow yourself to be. Allow yourself to drink in the beauty of the world. Unfiltered.

What’s happening is the death of your ego; you are choosing to leave your known reality and the identity you’ve had for your entire life. You’re choosing to leave the comfort of your familiar suffering and move into the unknown  - the place of freedom.

Does this feel unsafe to achieve that dream life? Health, success, freedom. It feels like the unknown.
