Let’s work together

Create, connect, live fully.

About me

I am an artist, creative coach, and arts-wellness practitioner devoted to reconnecting people with their inner power. Using art as alchemy and somatic-energy healing as a supporting practice, I guide individuals through journeys of discovery and release; meeting what surfaces—both shadow and light—with curiosity and love.

My work lives at the intersection of creativity and embodiment and focuses on identifying blockages, awakening dormant power, and creating an integrative action plan so you can embody greater freedom, flow, and authentic self-expression in your life.

My art practice

As an artist, my personal creative exploration extends across various mediums; encompassing paintings, caligraphy, graphic design, and writing. My work delves into themes of spiritual embodiment, creative catharsis, childhood trauma psychology, and the profound impact these elements have on love, joy, and our present existence.

I began my career in Toronto’s animation industry, working on major children’s series for Netflix and PBS. I led complex projects, managed timelines, and brought large creative visions to life. However, the deeper I went into the system, the more I realized my voice and the impact I wanted to make couldn’t be fully expressed within thoes confines. So in 2023, I stepped away and began building what would become my life’s work.

A fusion

of modalities

Exploring how art and spirituality intersect across cultures, I travelled through different countries, studying diverse healing modalities including reiki, bodywork, plant medicine, and other energy-based practices.

When I returned to Toronto, I founded a community art space in the city—a living, breathing hub for creativity and expression. I curated exhibitions, produced events, and built programming that invited people in to gather and share their visions with the intention of creating a safe space that would allow for this synergy and amplification of inspiration. During my time there, I served as Executive Producer and Curator in many exhibits including a Nuit Blanche (Toronto) exhibition alongside internationally acclaimed artists.

Creative

Connection

While the space is no longer operating, it became a meeting point for a diverse network of people. From artists and facilitators to academic and community organizations, I began to understand my role is to be a bridge between people, resources, and systems of support.

I carried this ethos forward in founding my own creative wellness company, Electric Sunshine, which operates as a connection hub linking individuals and organizations with a network of interdisciplinary facilitators, community groups, and wellness practitioners.

My approach

is holistic.

As a creative director, consultant, and guide, I support individuals and teams in bringing their visions to life, translating ideas into reality through a process of vision, development, and execution.

However, I don’t believe transformation and creation comes from cerebral processes alone. Often our patterns of stress, anxiety, and limiting beliefs that block our creative process, are held within the body and subconscious.

My work integrates coaching with somatic practices such as breathwork, meditation, and subconscious reprogramming, with a strong focus on integration to ensure that insights from the sessions translate into tangible, sustainable change in daily life.

Connection

is the key.

In a time of profound disconnection and fragmentation, my mission is to guide individuals back into deep connection with not only their true power, but also to remind others that we are interconnected.

Connected to self.
Connected to one another.
Connected to nature and our environment
Connected to the wisdom that came before us and will continue after.

When we restore that connection, we unlock the clarity that allows us to live and work in relational alignment with ALL that is.

Let’s make waves.
