What you do is not who you are—yet the sum of what you do is what shapes your identity.
(identification of you as an entity)
MY STORY
It’s important to note the distinction between identity and essence.
My name is Cynthia.
My essence is that of an artist. I receive information and inspiration from the world, alchemizing experiences into writing, poetry, and paintings. Creativity is a force I feel simultaneously at the mercy of as well as nourished by.
This creative essence led me to pursue a degree in Animation. At the time, it made sense. I believed that media could be medicine, as it’s one of the most consumed forms of communication. It could be a vessel for transformation—an entertaining way to teach people tools for navigating life. I dreamed of creating a show that would guide pre-teens through their formative years. I started working on Netflix shows and then continued to climb up the corporate ladder in the industry. However, the more time I spent in the system, the more I saw the layers of censorship and hidden motives in mass media. It became clear, the place I would be sharing my voice would not be from inside the system.
Waking up is not an instant process. It happens in fragments—until one day, you choose to fully open your eyes.
…and so I accepted that so much in my life was keeping me from living in my full authenticity.
So I stepped into a new era of letting go.
I left my relationship, I traveled, and with a lot of inner-convincing, I walked away from the safety of a stable, well-paying job.
In that space of uncertainty, I built something new. I co-founded a community art space in the city—a sanctuary where people could play, be inspired, and feel seen. A place where they could be vulnerable, share their art, and have thought provoking conversations. To this day that has been one of my most important projects.
I think I was subconsciously building a space I had always longed for myself—a home where I could be fully me, without judgment. A place where authenticity wasn’t just accepted but celebrated.
That chapter ran its course, as impermanence is the nature of living. As my vision and my business partner’s path diverged, I made the choice to let go.
So, I traveled again, and then returned to the city. This time to teach art, hold healing gatherings, and guide others into creative and embodied expression.
My journey has been woven with years of meditation, study, travel, energy work, and learning from healers across the world. In essence, I have walked the path of the seeker.
People often asked me, “What are you searching for?”
At first, I was searching for home.
Then, I became obsessed with quantum physics , time dilating and mind altering experiences. I wanted to understand the fabric of existence and the structure of the universe—the unseen forces that weave reality together. Where did we come from? Where do we return to? Is time and reality something we can bend?
I longed to connect with the force without form—the invisible yet ever-present energy that moves all things.
I wanted to understand how to use this life force energy to heal myself and others. So I studied food and nutrition, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, trauma psychology, childhood development, Qi-gong, various yogas, subconscious reprogramming, cathartic arts therapy, somatic release, and energy healing. I dove into many modalities that speaks on the language of this life force.
I now understand that the power to focus and direct energy—to heal, to manifest, to transform—is not something we must find outside of ourselves.
This journey is about remembering rather than searching. It’s about reawakening the awareness that this power is not some distant entity but is rather an intelligent energy that is present in each of us and in all that exists.
It’s already within us.
So it becomes about the inner expansion experience.
Know that when you allow yourself to step fully into your authenticity, you embody a strong, powerful, beautiful, and coherent vibration. Others at your frequency will be able to feel your vibration, resonate with it, and be drawn to you, magnifying this resonance. These are the people you can call HOME.
I am here for you, and I’m so excited to be listening and resonating on your frequency.
Let’s make waves.
