What is Alignment?
It’s freedom of mind, body, and spirit.
Alignment is holistic. It doesn’t look like having the dream career but then having no friends and having chronic illness as a result of the stress that’s been induced on your body. It’s all connected.
FLOW IS YOUR NATURAL STATE OF HARMONY
Picture your body as a tunnel or vessel—an open channel for the powerful currents of life force to flow through you. This energy is both your own and that of nature itself. When flowing freely, your mind is clear and your body feels free. You’re able to move through the world with presence, power, and purpose. You feel embodied, activated, and aligned—able to show up in life as your most vibrant self. There are three key principles at play:
BLOCKAGES – These are the debris and buildup in your energetic tunnel. They can take the form of long-held resentments, emotional pain, physical inflammation, or a closed mind that does not allow creative energy to come through.
MISALIGNMENTS – Sometimes the tunnel itself is crooked. Energetic misalignments can come from patterns, habits, or trauma that throw your body and energy system off-course. When misaligned, your energy must work harder to move through, leading to burnout, confusion, or feeling "off" in your daily life.
UNDER ACTIVATION – Some energetic centers may be dimmed or underpowered. This could be a sluggish liver impacting your vitality, or a depleted solar plexus leaving you disconnected from your sense of self-worth. When these energy centers are reawakened, you begin to reclaim your power.
Authenticity is the highest form of living and this freedom is reached through aligning your life with this energy.
Your authentic expression. There are two distinct parts to this alignment journey; Awakening and Embodiment.
Awakening is the process of re-connecting with your truth. It's knowing your values, what life path feels aligned for you, and understanding the creative power you have over your own reality.
Embodiment is the way of being. It’s the actions that give your wave its form and movement. It’s how you direct this awareness, as well as the mental, energetic, and physical changes you’ll need to make to become the fullest expression of yourself.
The work of alignment is not about fixing yourself or forcing your way into a better life.
It is the practice of clearing what obstructs you, brining back into alignment what has fallen out of harmony, and reawakening the parts of you that have gone dormant. As the path opens, your energy can move with greater ease. When you bring your mind, body and spirit back into conversation with one another. You become more present, more vibrant and more capable of creating a life that reflects who you truly are. Alignment is not a destination, it is an ongoing return to your natural state of freedom and flow.
