My name is Cynthia Undyantara. I’m an artist who brings my vibrant fine-art practice into corporate events, brand activations, and cultural gatherings. Having live painting at your event provides guests the rare opportunity to witness the process of a blank canvas evolve into a finished original, bringing creative energy while creating a lasting artwork that carries the story of the occasion forward.
Each painting can be developed in response to your brand identity, campaign, event theme, and community values. After the event, the artwork can become a permanent feature in your workplace, be presented as a commemorative gift, or auctioned in support of a cause. The result is not simply documentation of an event. It is an original artwork shaped by the energy, intention and people who made the moment meaningful.

Story-led artwork
Every painting begins with intention. Before building the visible image, I write a story or message beneath the painted surface, anchoring the artwork in the deeper meaning of the event. Although the words may eventually be covered, their energy remains embedded within the finished piece.

I specialize in day-to-night activations in which the artwork reveals new colours, details or visual energy under UV light. Ideal for evening celebrations, launches and events seeking an unexpected, immersive reveal.

The Creative Process
1. Discovery
We’ll begin with a conversation about your event, audience, space, brand and desired impact. Together, we’ll identify the story the artwork should carry and the role the activation will play within the larger experience.
2. Creative direction
I’ll develop a tailored artistic concept, considering composition, palette, symbolism, scale and opportunities for interaction.
3. Live creation
On the day of the event, I’ll arrive with the prepared canvas and materials, then create throughout the agreed activation window. Guests can observe the work unfold, engage with the process, and experience the transformation in real time.
4. Completion
Depending on the package selected, the artwork may be aquired by the event hosts. It could be completed during the event or receive final studio refinements afterward.
About the Artist
I am a Toronto-based multidisciplinary artist and muralist known for my vivid colour, expressive brushwork and symbolic, story-led approach. My work moves between fine art, large-scale murals and immersive creative experiences, exploring themes of embodiment, transformation and our connection to something greater than ourselves. With a background in animation production, creative direction, community arts and experience design, I understand how to hold both the artistic vision and the practical demands of a professionally produced event. Through A Conscious Wave, I create art that transforms environments and reconnects people with presence, expression and possibility.

Yes. Participation can be incorporated in a way that feels intentional and well facilitated. Guests may be invited to add a mark, colour, word or written intention before I integrate their contributions into the final composition.

The live painting activation and acquisition of the finished artwork are priced separately. If you would like the original piece to remain with your organization after the event, it can be added to your package as a commissioned art acquisition. Reproduction and commercial usage rights are licensed separately from ownership of the physical artwork.

I’m based in Toronto and am available for events across Canada and internationally. Travel and accommodation requirements are included in custom proposals when applicable.
