Expansion (2025)

What does it mean to allow yourself to rest-fully into the expansion? There needs to be trust. That it’s okay to let go. To shed the armour. To put down the knives that have embedded themselves into your bones. Like metal claws always ready to strike at the first scent of danger.

It means to put it all down and allow yourself to be light.

A being with no container—your true form permeating the skin you choose to wear.

Breathe through the expansion. The sensations of deep release and the stretching of your seams.

Know that it’s okay to change. To soften and bend. Because that is the nature of flow. Change is inevitable.

So let go.
Surrender to the expansion.
Rest.
Fully.
